The Inshallah Boys have mutually parted ways with four of their players that helped them to survive relegation scare last season

King Faisal have opted to mutually terminate the contracts of four players with two weeks to the start of 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season, the club has confirmed.

The quartet played diverse roles as King Faisal avoided relegation on the final day of last season.

Faisal had to avoid defeat against Liberty Professionals at the Red Bull Arena in Sogakope before their Premier League status was secured.

However, following the arrival of several players, Faisal’s top hierarchy have opted to offload these players.

“We would like to confirm that we have parted ways with the following players: Mutawakilu Fusseini, Sulley Mohammed, Samuel Moya, Awudu Mohammed and Stephen Awere,” a club statement read.

“The club would like to thank them for their commitment and wish them well in the future,” the statement added.

Ghana Premier League is scheduled to start on October 29.
