STABBED TO DEATH: Final year student of Oppong SHS stabbed by another student; check why?

The final year student has been stabbed allegedly and killed by a young boy following an argument on Saturday

Ahead of the WASSCE English Language paper scheduled for September 13, a final year male student of Oppong Memorial Senior High School at Kokofu near Bekwai in the Ashanti region called Richard Kofi Appiah has allegedly been stabbed to death by Junior High School student who is currently on the run and the police is currently looking for him.

The 21-year-old was reported to have had a disagreement with his assailant over an issue on Saturday night leading to the stabbing.

Although, Richard was later rushed to the Bekwai Government Hospital for medical attention, he was pronounced dead later on n Sunday after losing several pints of blood, according close sources.

According to at the scene where Richard was murdered, his assailant took a bottle and broke it which he later used in stabbing the deceased.

After realizing the damage caused to Richard, the assailant took to his heels and he is currently being chased by Police in the Bekwai municipality as they continue to do their investigation into the issue.
