Medeama hope to win Ghana Premier League with Vincent Atinga’s acquisition

The Yellow and Mauve have added to their squad one of the experience centre-back ahead of the start of the second half of the season

Former Hearts of Oak defender Vincent Atinga has joined Medeama in an undisclosed fee, AshesGyamera.com can confirm.

Atinga, who recently left Ghana for greener pastures, has added to the earlier acquisition of Amed Toure and Zakaria Mumuni as the Yellow and Mauve seek to parade a star-studded squad in the second half of the season.

Medeama sit third on the log with 27 points, four points behind leaders Karela United. They are currently on break and will resume training on Friday, March 12, 2021.

Atinga will then be presented to new coaches Yaw Preko and Yaw Acheampong as well as the first team squad and other technical team members.
