The AS Roma youngster finally broke his duck for the Black Stars in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers

Ghana young striker Felix Afena-Gyan was on target when the Black Stars defeated Madagascar 2-0 in the opening game of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Wednesday.

The 19-year-old was handed a starting role in the game and was involved in the first goal scored by Kudus Mohammed following a wonderful run on the flank by Denis Odoi.

Afena-Gyan made it 2-0 on 53rd minute after he met a low cross from Gideon Mensah
